At Balanced Momentum we are committed to partnering individuals to realise their potential. We understand that when our clients have clear vision & purpose, a realistic plan and the ‘will’ to commit to action, their goals are attainable. We believe that everyone has the potential within to be successful and to live their dreams. We appreciate that ‘fear of success’ can sometimes inhibit potential almost as much as ‘fear of failure’ can. That having a partner alongside, can aid motivation, help break the procrastination habit and make the journey less daunting and more fun. We promote self-belief, self-awareness and self-responsibility in all our coaching relationships and Balanced Momentum exists because we ‘walk our own talk’.

Our coaching programs can be tailored to meet your needs. As a guide, 1-1 sessions usually run for 60 to 75 minutes and can be facilitated face-to-face or over the telephone. One of the key reasons coaching works is the structure of regular, focused sessions which lead to your goals being more consistently visible and in the forefront of your mind. To gain the real benefit from coaching, Personal Coaching Programs are offered over a minimum period of three months, with sessions held weekly or fortnightly. This provides a solid foundation for ‘action learning’ and progress towards the shifts clients wish to make in their lives.
